Find Your Order

Your Fallen Survival account details are delivered with your order. Use these steps to open it and copy your credentials.

Check your email inbox for the purchase confirmation. Also check Spam / Junk if you do not see it.
Look for an email from SellAuth or noreply@sellauth.com.
Open the email and click View Invoice to open your order checkout page.
If the checkout page is already open in your browser, you can skip the email step.
Go to the Order tab, copy your account information, and you are good to go.

Your account credentials are delivered in your order in username:password format — the username comes first, followed by a colon, then the password. Copy both values exactly as shown in your order email or dashboard, then follow the video below to sign in to Roblox.

Every account we sell is verified before it goes into stock. We run validation checks and review generation logs for each account before restocking, so you receive credentials that were working at the time of delivery.

Report issues immediately. If you cannot log in, receive incorrect credentials, or notice anything wrong with your account, contact support right away — do not wait. Open a ticket on Discord with your order ID and a clear description of the problem. An investigation will follow: we review your order details and the account generation logs to confirm what was delivered. Valid delivery issues are handled case by case; delays in reporting make it harder to verify the account state and may affect eligibility for a replacement.

Hide Gamepasses

This step is important. Fallen Survival moderators sometimes actively check accounts for gamepasses priced the same as in-game Fallen passes. If they find matching passes still on sale, they can ban the account. Take every relevant gamepass off sale before you play.

Do this after logging in. Leaving gamepasses on sale — especially at Fallen-matching prices — is a common reason accounts get flagged. Hide or remove them from sale on every place that has them.

How to Hide a Gamepass (Take it Off Sale)

Open a web browser, go to Roblox Creator Dashboard, and log into your account.
Click Create in the top menu bar, then select Dashboard.
Find and click on your public game or place.
In the left-hand menu, scroll down to the Monetization section and click Passes.
Click on the specific gamepass you want to hide.
Open the menu (or click the three lines) in the top left and select Sales.
Toggle off the Item for Sale switch.
Click Save Changes.

Repeat for every gamepass on your account that could match Fallen pricing. Once they are all off sale, continue with the setup steps below.

Bypass Alt Detection Bans

This is not software or a loader. After purchase your Roblox account credentials are delivered directly in your order. The steps below clear leftover account data and cached sessions from your machine to avoid possible bans tied to old hardware data or previously logged-in accounts.

Read and follow every step carefully before signing into your account. Skipping or rushing any step significantly increases the risk of a ban. Imperium does not hold responsibility for accounts flagged or banned due to failure to follow these instructions. We will not issue replacement accounts or refunds for bans caused by your own negligence or failure to complete the setup process correctly.

Run the cleanup from your order

Download account-setup.zip, then right-click it and choose Extract All or Extract to unzip the folder, and run it on your machine before signing into the account. It removes your existing Roblox installation, cached sessions, and old account data to reduce the risk of bans linked to leftover hardware signatures or previously logged-in accounts.

Reinstall Roblox and play

Download the Roblox client fresh from roblox.com and install it. You should be able to join games and play normally. Following this order reduces the chance of bans tied to old hardware or cached data.

Optional: use a VPN

We suggest using a VPN when you log in for an extra layer of separation. Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 (WARP) is a straightforward free option.
