Find Your Order
Before you set up Vector Rust, pull your license key from the Imperium order. That key unlocks Rust on the Vector dashboard so you can generate and download the loader.
- Check your email inbox for the purchase confirmation. Also check Spam / Junk if you do not see it.
- Look for an email from SellAuth or noreply@sellauth.com.
- Open the email and click View Invoice to open your order checkout page.
- If the checkout page is already open in your browser, you can skip the email step.
- Go to the Order tab, copy your license key, then continue below to redeem Rust and finish Pre-Setup.
If the confirmation never arrived, open the customer dashboard and retrieve your Rust order there.
Phase 1: Pre-Setup
Account Setup
Create an Account
Visit the Vector portal and sign up for an account.
Redeem Your License Key
Sign in to your account, navigate to Account and enter your license key to activate your product.
Generate & Download Loader
After redeeming, generate your loader from the dashboard and download it.
Disable Antivirus
- Virus & Threat Protection — Windows Search → Virus & Threat Protection → Manage Settings → Turn Off
- Firewall & Network Protection — Windows Search → Firewall & Network Protection → Turn All 3 Off
- App & Browser Control — Reputation-Based Protection Settings → Turn Off All 4
Install Defender Control
Download, unzip, and run to permanently disable Defender.
If your browser blocks the download, click the three dots (⋯) next to the file in your downloads bar and select Keep anyway or Keep to allow it.
Phase 2: Injection
Close the Game
Make sure the game is fully closed before launching the loader. Check Task Manager to ensure no game processes are running in the background.
Launch the Loader
Run the loader as Administrator. Right-click the loader executable and select Run as administrator. Log in with your Vector account credentials.
Select Your Product
Once logged in, select your product from the list in the loader dashboard.
Wait for Ready State
The loader will display a status message. Wait until it shows Waiting for game or similar ready state before launching the game.
Launch the Game
Open the game normally through Steam or your game launcher. Wait until you are fully loaded into the main menu or game before doing anything else.
You're Good to Go
Once fully loaded into the game the product will activate automatically. You are ready to use it. Enjoy and play responsibly.
Phase 3: Troubleshooting
Loader Won't Open or Closes Instantly
Make sure your antivirus and Windows Defender real-time protection are fully disabled. Antivirus will quarantine the loader file silently and it will appear to close instantly. Disable it before running.
Sync Your Date and Time
An out of sync system clock can prevent the loader from authenticating. Go to Settings → Time & Language → Date & Time and click Sync Now.
Close Debuggers and Monitoring Tools
Ensure no debuggers, process monitors, or software that could threaten loader integrity are running. This includes tools like Cheat Engine, Process Hacker, x64dbg, or similar programs.
Ensure Administrator Privileges
You must have full administrator privileges on your Windows account. Right-click the loader and select Run as administrator. If you are on a restricted or school/work account this may not be possible.
Still Not Working?
If you have tried all of the above and the loader still will not open, contact our support team on Discord with your order ID and a description of what happens when you try to open it.
Get Support
Failed To Initialize
Vanguard and FACEIT run on boot and will block the bypass. Make sure they are fully uninstalled or disabled before launching.
Turn Off Core Isolation
Go to Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation and disable Memory Integrity, then restart your PC.
Disable the Vulnerable Driver Blocklist
Open
regedit.exe and navigate to:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlCIConfigSet
VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable as a DWORD with value 0, then restart your PC.Remove Third-Party Antivirus
Software like Norton or McAfee can block the bypass. Fully uninstall them or disable real-time protection.
Menu Not Showing After OK Is Pressed
Both Discord Overlay and Legacy Overlay checkboxes need to be enabled in Discord settings. After enabling, fully close Discord and the game, then relaunch the product.
Fullscreen Mode
The game must be running in Borderless Windowed or Windowed mode for the menu to appear. If you are in Fullscreen mode, change the display setting in-game and relaunch the product.
Loader Requirements
Required Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Download and install if the loader shows a missing DLL error.

d3dcompiler_43.dll
Required DirectX component. Download and install if you see a d3dcompiler error on loader launch.
